The Business Finance People Team: Our Company is different. We are staffed by ex commercial bankers who have helped companies over many years, and are well versed on the right financial products to help your business grow.

Vision: Our aim is to arrange the right finance for your business needs, with fast turnaround. Understandably many company directors are very focused on day to day business activities, and have little time to digest the varying financing options available to them. Business Finance People assumes the role of arranger of corporate finance on behalf of the client, a role which it can assume as it operates independently from lenders, and therefore has no conflict of interest.

How we work:

Personal Relationship: We strongly believe in developing a strong personal relationship, to ensure we fully understand your borrowing needs. Complete trust and professional interaction will allow us to explore all financing opportunities available.

Understanding Your Need: Following an initial telephone consultation we will arrange to visit you to discuss your needs further, and suggest financing options. Often we are requested by clients to arrange block facilities, where upon discussion funding can be broken down into more specific finance needs such as working capital, equipment purchase, leasing, trade finance, and bridge finance. Identifying core components of financing needs allows us to obtain significantly finer funding rates, with less onerous security requirements.
Obtaining The Most Competitive Financing: Once we have a full picture of commercial activity and financing needs we will then obtain relevant specific financial information, such as balance sheets and cash flow projections. Business Finance People will then summarise these details into a format suitable for submission to a range prospective lenders.

Confidentiality: Client confidentiality is always core to our approach. We will not liaise with any lender without client approval and will not divulge any details to third parties without need and consent.
Completion: Contact with the most suitable lenders will be made on your behalf to establish the most competitive funding. From this point a range of offers will be provided to the client, with the option given to the client on which prospective lender to accept.
Once an offer is accepted by the client, Business Finance People will arrange for specific loan documentation to be completed. Assistance is available to ensure this is completed with in the best interests of the client through the use of our dedicated legal team. Alternatively the client is free to use its own in house or external legal resource.

Guidance: We will take the time to review and compare offers, and offer impartial guidance so that you make the right funding choice.

Turnaround Time: From experience turnaround times from initial enquiry to loan draw down takes between 5 to 15 working days, dependant on the funding required.
