Buy To Let
Property Types. Funding can be arranged on
residential properties, (commonly known as buy-to-let),
or on a variety of commercial or semi-commercial
premises.
Where? The locations of buy to let properties
funded from the UK are wide ranging, with Business
Finance People having successfully arranged funding for
properties in Eastern Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong, The
United States, and the Caribbean.
How Much? Buy-to-let funding is generally
available up to 85% of the value of the property. Loans
are available on a repayment or an interest only basis.
A number of highly competitive schemes are available
including fixed rates, discounted rates and lifetime
trackers.
Commercial Investment properties, funding is available
typically up to 80% loan to value, interest rates from
1% over base subject to status, term up to 25 years. As
a guide, lenders will in most circumstances be looking
for interest cover of approximately 125%.
